Public offer agreement

This document contains the general terms and conditions for the provision of SEOLIFT services. The specific scope of work, cost, terms and payment procedure are agreed upon by the parties separately and can be recorded in an invoice, task or contract.

1. Subject

The Contractor provides services in the field of website development, search engine optimization, promotion, online advertising and related technical work, and the customer accepts and pays for the services.

2. Placing an order

The customer submits an application and provides the information necessary to evaluate the task. Obligations arise after agreeing on essential terms and payment in the manner prescribed by the parties.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Contractor undertakes to carry out the agreed work and inform about the progress of the project. The customer promptly provides materials, access and feedback necessary to complete the work.

4. Cost and calculations

The cost is determined by the volume and complexity of the task. The terms of prepayment, stage payments and additional work are specified in the individual offer or contract.

5. Acceptance

The result is transferred to the customer in an agreed manner. Comments must relate to the approved scope of work and be sent within the agreed time frame.

6. Responsibility

The parties are responsible in accordance with the law and agreed terms. The Contractor is not responsible for interruptions of third-party services and changes in the algorithms of sites that it does not manage.

7. Confidentiality

The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information received as part of the project without legal grounds.
